I would like to inform you that In JNS Instruments Ltd. yesterday Night HT line Jumper wires Burnout at 7:50 pm due to Raining .After that our Persons going for Complained on 66 KV Sub-Station but 66 KV Sub-Station Shutter down many times our Person Knock the Shutter. After that Our Persons going in Morning but Sub-Station Person Saying pls came in Morning after 8:00 am do the Complained. So Our Person Mr. Vipin Gulati came after 8:00 am and write the Complain .But Still now No any Action from your Side while I have to Call Many times your Persons.
So pls Look into the Matter And Solved the Problem as soon as .

Respected Sir,
This is to bring in your kind notice that my father Shri. H.L.Chumber, who is working as AGM in Syndicate Bank and is currently posted at Kerala, attaints an Electricity connection with DHBVN bearing Account No: LL15-1110 at our residence at 160, Ashoka Enclave Main, Sector-35, Faridabad from the last over decays.
It is further to state that STRANGELY, SHOCKINGLY AND CLANDESTINELY the Billing Department of DHBVN is generating the Monthly Bills on AVERAGE BASIS, rather than the actual Meter Reading Basis, because of which we are getting a huge Amount of Electricity Bills from the last few months, which is not justified and against the Natural Justice and Fairness.
I had personally visited the Mathura Road (DHBVN) Office to rectify my problem and also submitted a written complaint to the department, but the department refuses to attend my problem and shockingly just says that the Electricity meter at my premises is of Old Model and to get my Bill Corrected I have to Purchase a new Electricity Meter from the DHBVN or they will keep on sending the Bill on Average Basis as a Punishment for me. This king of behavior of the DHBVN Department is against the Natural Justice and just a penalty for me, as I am paying the huge amount of bills for nothing.
This is also to inform you that i have not paid the current bill due to this bad and unethical bahaviour of the DHBVN department.
So, I request the Concern Authoritiest to take some strict and immediate action for me as a Consumer and do the needful as soon as possible in the interest of justice and fairness.

bill no 13652330 Dtd 22.02/2011 Rs. 1000.00 paid vide receipt no 10388543 dtd 13.12.2011 MMC was 800.00 unit consume was 0 because the flat is in closed condition but bill amount is Rs.10422.00
similarly the bill increasing with out consumption of energy

September-2011 month me mai S.D.O and J.E dono side complain kiya tha aur correction ke liye sara process bhi kiya tha uske wawjood is baar phir excess bill aaya hai jo mere capacity se jyada hai jabaki mai 2 CFL balb use karta hoo aur 1 T.V, 1 fan only hai. and 2 month ka bill approx Rs.2000.00 aaya hai jo bahut jyadaa hai.
So, mera request hai ki mere bill ka correction karwaya dijiye and dubara bill 16th november 2011 se pahle generate karawa dejiye taki proper bill ka payment kar saku.iske liye sir kaa sada abhari rahunga.mera A/C no. hai [protected] name- shri kanhaiya mishra, D3/78A, madarsa wali gali, shiv durga vihar, lakkarpur, faridabad.

DHVBN site is not opened thats why we are not able to pay the bill cause the bill is reached us before only 3 days before of last date and we have to take off from our office to pay the bill in standing in the line.
