[Resolved]  Dammo Enterprises, 64 - A, DDA Flats, Jhilmil Colony, Delhi — Non-supply of Gas Cylinder

I am consumber of Bharat Gas Agency bearing No.17338 registered in the Agency of Dammo Enterprises, 64-A, DDA Flats, Jhilmil Colony, Delhi. I booked my Gas Cylinder on 01.06.2009 over phone No.22146036. They have not supplied it to my house till date. When I went to the Agency Office to get it on 08.06.2009, the staff of Agency has totally refused to deliver it to me and stated that only delivery men will give the supply to my house. The behaviour of the staff was also not good. They have not shown the co-operate nature and stated that if you want to lodge complaint against the agency, you can do. I requested you to kindly look into the matter and supply the Gas Cylinder as early as possible to my house.

It happens every time, they refuse to accept the bookings through Internet and supply the refill after 8 or 10 days.

the behaviour of the staff of dammo enterprises is very rude. they are supplying cylinders wid 3to 4 kg less gas. also the delivery of refill is made after at least 15 days of booking. is there anyone to save us
My connection no is 26583 and I am not in receipt of Gas Cylinder since last three months. When I went to the office at 64 A, DDA Flats, Jhilmil Colony, Delhi they were not even ready to listen. Reluctantly they told me that the delivery of gas may be done a day or two. It is pertinent to mention here that it has already been passed more than 10 days and "NO" delivery has been done yet.

Kindly treat the matter as VERY URGENT and arrange the needful on PRIORITY.

It appears that these people are willingly doing such activities so there must be some inspection or checking for the grievances as well as their redressal.

DDA — Staff behaviour

Earlier I was love my country but after got DDA LIG flat, I came to know all DDA staff behaviour is very rude and not kind hearted. They do not tell anything in clear and generate trouble knowling. They do not respect general public. Because of them now I hate my country.
