Sir/Madam,
I'm Damod Karwal from Ludhiana. I have availed a car loan of Rs.3,15,000.00 in 2006. due to my family circumstances I have not paid my installments on time. Therefore, I have been called upon in the bank premises by your staff to clear the pending dues. Your CITY CASE OFFICER Mr. Rajesh Verma at STRESSED ASSETS RESOLUTION CENTRE, ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE, FOUNTAIN CHOWK, LUDHIANA-141001. talked rubbishly in third degree language at the time of settlement. I remained shut up because I was the faulter, I never said anything. I did my settlement in 2 lacs with the condition of depositing Rs.20,000/- on spot and rest would be paid in four (4) installments of 45,000/- each. I have cleared all the installments without any bouncing. Now I am facing harassment in getting NOC for my car. I have been in the bank premises to get NOC numerous times but no result. Yesterday I called Mr. Rajesh Verma 16 times on his cell phone. He didn't take my call. 17th time he took my call and I asked him why you are not taking my call. He replied " I am not bound to take your call". Sir kindly tell Is this the right way to entertain your customers.
Therefore, I humbly request yourself to kindly take necessary action against this officer, so that they must get their lessons of attending customers back what they have learnt in school.
