Datacraft — Complaint K.G Hospital Coimbatore

Hi,
I was really turned off looking at the service provided to my mom while she was admitted in this hospital K.G at coimbatore, which makes us think that a health care centres are really turning into making money for the cost of human life and this behavior of such a kind is unfair and needs to be looked into ASAP for further health disaster to people .

My Mom was admitted here last saturday 28/6/2008 for high blood pressure and chest pain late in the night at K.G Hospital Coimbatore .And she was not given proper attention by the doctors, they jus put her in ICU .Later when we had submited the medi assist card to the hospital, i gotto know that the hospital had put in a request for 50, 000 which is irrelavant since we had not mentioned them our interest of getting angiogram done, reason being it was done recently when the hospital had got the approval from medi Assist .The doctor there were insisting my mom to get the angiogram done, since i work at hyderabad only my mom and my sister in law had managed these situation .they conveyed that they would come back for the angiogram later since no one is there with her now .

The doctor there Mr.Farook had told her "Why dont you get the angio done when the medi assist people have already approved that amount what is for you "
i mean who the hell is this guy who wants to do thing that we dont want to, jus because the money is approved .Does he think it is some kind of beauty parlour to get things done as we wish, and since she refused to do the nessasary thing that they wanted the doctor refused to give her the prescriptions and told her that she will not get treated any where else in comibatore, man i will too see that how that is gonna happen .

He had also said things which should not be told to a patient, like they are not reponsible if anything happens to my mom and had asked for a written statement this dude must be really crazy to do these sort of things, since she is not educated and my sister in law was also not able to talk against them these guys have taken adavantage of this situation, later the doctor itself had written that statement stating that they are not responsible for anything that would happen after discharge, , guess he was trying his luck that they would agree jus by scaring them since she was helpless she had to sigbn that off jus to get out of that hell.
The doctor has refused to give the prescription since they wanted to get more money from us.I dont understand what treatment they had given for us to pay 20, 000 when there is no proper prescription given .No proper explanation for the bills they were not able to give a proper resons and some bills they refused to show and give .

I would like you to take nesasary steps to take action on such kind of hospitals and delist them from your mediassist
