I am not able to check my data usage of dataone. when i go to check account usage link. like is blank & no Page opens.
& also i want to change my user id password so can anyone guide me that how to check account usage & about changing password.

i am having one broadband/dataone internet connection at vizag under 250 home plan.please advise me how to access to my dataone one a/c to know whether i am exceeding the permitted M.B .i do not have any user id/pw registered for this purpose

hello my name is uday.im using broadband since 4 months.recently i changed my password andalso using my account without interrupt.but sunddenly today i entered in my account but my usage is not connecting.it is saying the user name or password is incorrect.but it is correct.i checked my usage with that same user id and password.what can i do now.pls suggest me

I have written earlier also that I can'nt see the usage of my broadband hours. I don't have username and passward of dataone.com, so please send me at my e-mail address, but I have not recd. the same. Please send me on urgent basis.

Am using dataone(bsnl Broadband) since 2006. All these days it was ok, but since last 5 days am not able to check my usage. When i log into dataone and click for service records. its appearing opearion time out. log it again...many a times i have loggd in but same msg... and am not able to check the broadband usage. please guide

I am Vinoth.N. I am staying in no.18/35, Veerannan street, Tiruvallur-602001. My landline number is[protected]. my land line number is in my father's name. His name is S.Navaneetha Krishnan. I have broadband connection for my landline number. I have 500c plan in broadband connection. But past 15 days my broadband connection is not working properly. Our area BSNL officers are not responding me properly. please check this complaint and take immediate action.
