This is Ravishankar, I have being working for Daya Mk Developers from May 2005 to 13 July 2009 at the rank of Customer Relations Officer.
Due to my personal issues and companies political attitude i have to forcefully resign the job looking my future career. I have sent my resignation through mail which was not acknowledged by them nor i did't got any call from them regarding my resignation.
The company has not paid my 15 days salary for the month of July-2009 and also not processing my PF documents which is due for signature from there end, i have being continuously calling sending mails and even registered post requesting for the same but there is absolutely no reply for my correspondence and i have also written to PF department but from there also no reply. I am calling Daya MK office landline and no one is responding initially i was speaking one Mrs. Lathika Harikrishnan - Office Incharge and Mr. Vijay Magar - General Manager but even they are also shedding there hands. I even approached the office physically to meet and Mrs. Lathika instructed me to send an apology letter for not giving suiffient notice before resinging which i immediately sent but no reply for the same. I have being mentally taken back from this incidence as i have lot financial commitments to fulfill.
The PF amount is also not remitted properly from this company i.e., they used to deduct Rs.760/- from my salary as employees contribution but they used to remit only Rs.480/- as employers contribution which i came to know and when i questioned about this, they are passing comments do whatever you want we won't care. I request to please help in this matter and take necessary action against this company. As i have not left with any ways.
