DCS Global Solutions Customer Care's response HI, As per extant procedures of this website we are prepared to RESOLVE THIS COMPLAINT with the complainant. Hence we request to the genuine complainant to reveal his/her identity either through mail or phone or in person so that necessary resolutions can be be done. As per our records we have not come accross the name SANCHIN either as a Vendor or as an employee. We are prepared for the redressal for any genuine complaint of the complainant. As the name sounds strange we presume it is an anonymous complaint which is against the cyber law.
