Wagon R — cheating in service by DD Motors

I would like to reiterate that I got my car serviced at DD Motors WP work station on Nov 2. Before visiting I called Gurmeet Singh if car can be serviced on Guru Parv & once confirmed I brought car. After that, job card was made & I was informed of estimate at Rs 20K. After that I was told that there are very few mechanics, so I will be able to get the car next day. With no other option left, I deposited ad hoc advance cash payment of 15K & asked my driver to collect the car next day as I had to go to office. Final bill was made for 14,468/- & no balancve amount was paid to my driver. He even mentioned to cahsier but no answer/ slip was given. Since then, I have called many times to even works manager, but no cash/ cheque has yet been refunded. While works manager has always mentioned that they are processing the payment & i'll soon get the balance, it has been 20 days since then. I visited office, wrote mails but of no use.

This is a clear case of cheating & if I dont get any response with balance cash, compensation & apologies, I'll be constrained to resort to other legal appropriate measures. Needless to mention, these type of incidences are more than enough for DD Motors to permanently loose a genuine & long term customer. These are incidences which bring Maruti also in disrepute.
