[Resolved]  Dd Of Rs. 700 / - For Change The Profile — neglect the speed post courier

i am very dispointed from the name of speed post. i sent a urgent dd for my admission in symbiosis at 22nd september 2007 and till the date of 29th september 2007, the institute did mail to me for not receiving the speed post dd. and there last date of 28th september 2007. i donot know what do i do for this services because a little negligence can detroy the carrier of life. plz solve my problem.
