I am also sailing in the same boat. I have written an email to the MD and CEO of Axis Bank - Shikha Sharma - shikha.[protected]@axisbank.com. You can also try the same, but she also seems to be as lame and as lax as her banking operations. After all, the flows from the top!

I have been trying to contact Mr Gaurav Tandon of Axis Bank as per the information given in the brochure for DDA Housing Scheme 2010 (ie[protected]. But this is always busy. Needless to say that I have not yet recived the refund of registration money because of some reason even after about a month after the draw. The details of my bank are as given below:

i m constantly calling sujit/saurabh regarding tracking of refund,neither of them asnwers the call how one would track the refund.y such a reputed bank is playing with customers money and time.????
