Refund not yet received

Hi I didn't received any refund for my application number 6002153, i have submitted 100000 rs as a registration fees for DDA scheme, Please help me in getting refund for my application. Thanks

In a Writ Petition No.8444 of 2016 pending before Delhi High Court DDA has said that they are allotting flats soon but to 7600 applicants.
