[Resolved]  DDA (Delhi Development Authority) — Issuing FREE HOLD Letter

I am Doraiswamy Somasundaram from Chennai. We have purchased a Apartement 5 years before in Dwaraka, Delhi constructed by SAIL Authority of India and now we are in process of selling it to a buyer. There has been a huge delay for nearly 5 months from DDA in providing a FREEHOLD LETTER which will enable us to sell the house.I have never seen such a pathetic service from a Government agency, the response we have received is that the file is under process but the concern person is on leave or not available. I do not know, how a officer can be on leave for 5 months and i consider this to be a shame to india and the way the government authorities operate. Frankly speaking they are not bothered about anything. I kindly request you to take immediate action and do the needful.
