[Resolved]  DDA Flat Parking — dda open area car parking space / illegal construction

we came to know regarding car parking on open area in building premises . As per the expert socity has no right to ask for charges against the car parking in open area as i am resident of a housing socoety in c-8 block in kessav purm near metro station.i do not own a covered parking. i am car parking in open area in dda premises. now socity committee is planing to charges RS. 350. every car / month.please comfirm whether we should pay or not along with coding act /not . secondary comlaint in our area motor cycle repar shop, car washing shop . third complaint illegle constrution in 123B /c-8 . 2nd floor. fllor kye uupper floor banaya gyaa hai jo ki illigeal hai.
