Deactivation — power play

I totally agree. Same thing happen to me also. My cell phone number [protected]. It's a odissa number. I believe Aircel in Orissa is dangerous. Infact customer care people don't taking my complain (198 dial). They are disconnecting the phone after hearing everything. doing this repeatately Still I am unable to deactivate it as I did not activate it. I am planing to surrender my SIM. Another funny thing about their bad policy, do not believe Aircel's website as well. From their orissa website I found a rate cutter of Rs 39 with a provision of Rs 1/ 3 min for local and STD

but when I recharge with same, it did not work out. So I called customer care and they replied Rs 39 rate cutter is a ISD plan that conflicts with what they have in their own website.
There are several unfair policy has taken by Aircel Orissa. Please be careful

lost 10 rupees cause of power play activation..so i complaint to the aircel office for a money back and deactivation. They took a lot of time in deactivation therefore i lost a my money unwantedly..even though i asked for my money back they refused to do so.
