dealsandyou — voucher code not provided

Dealsandyou is the worst deal site I have ever seen so far. I purchased a coupon for bigflix on 7th August,2011 and still on this date it is unusable. The reason being is that the coupon code is not provided to me and their customercare is totally rubbish. Whenever I called them about the concern they asked me to call after 3 days. I have called a total of 5 times and still they just tell me one thing, "Sir, your concern has been forwarded to our higher department". you guys. I just want my money back. I don't want to use the voucher now. I m definitely not going to use this website ever again. And will recommend all other people out there, who are thinking about buying something from dealsandyou, "forget about it guys, dealsandyou will eat your money and won't even give u anything".
