dealsandyou — Very Poor Customer Service/No Service

I have a complaints about the helpline of dealsandyou not working. I can assure you that even if it is not busy, they will never attend your calls. I have called them number of times and everytime I am put on hold by the IVR for 15mins and then my calls are dropped. This is very irritating, since we all working people and no one has the time to waste. Though I have made many purchases of deals from them, this kind of service or rather no service is building my skepticism about shopping on this site. I have some problems regarding their referral programs (since my points are not credited even after my friend made a purchase from dealsandyou) and also redemption of my gift code, which is still pending even after writing them on [protected]@dealsandyou.com <[protected]@dealsandyou.com>, which doesn't work either. They will end up losing many customer if they do not improve their customer service or rather start their customer service. If a customers ever encounters a transaction problem, no one will help them from dealsandyou. I have already mailed my phone number and details to them, but there is no revert from them till now.

Hi Chipao,
I am sure dealsandyou.com is working on improving their customer service. As they are a relatively new company and already handling a huge customer base. Try dropping your query e-mails at [protected]@dealsandyou.com and I am sure your complaints will get addressed and solved.

My friend has registered through the link he received on the referral mail and also registered and transacted on the same day i.e. 2-May-11
