[Resolved]  Defence — amount of money deducted wrongly n on complaining not attending properly

Respected Sir/Madam,

Im working in colaba in Indian Defence Forces n presently a customer of IDEA CELLULAR SERVICES. On 28th of november i`ve been to Lonavla for some official work for 07 days. When i reached there i came to know that my outgoing call charges are much more than what i was paying here, so i assumed that im in roaming and i stopped making calls for that particular period of time, but only receiving the incoming calls. When i reached Mumbai CST station on 05 Dec at 8pm, i m in no doubt that now i`ll not be charged for roaming and started making calls. in the night after 11:50pm i`v send so many messages to my friends as my sms plan is activated. Again next day afternoon i called an STD call for 15 mins and 35 mins, and when call summary appeared the charges were 01 rupee per call that is 16 rs for this call. I was surprised `coz im having a plan in which for every call i have to pay 50 paise per call but it was just double. Imediately i called customer service but cant get through.
Again i made a call to customer care to tell my problem at 18:31hrs for 17 mins and 42 seconds n other side ABHISHEK picked up the phone. I told him my problem n after smtime he told me that till 14:30 hrs on 06 Dec i was on roaming according to there records. Instead i reached mumbai on 05 Dec night itself. Again when i told him everything that dis deduction for messages at 1.50 per sms n call charges at 1 rupee per minute is not worth he again hold the line n gave a second excuse that im residing on the sea side so my roaming is there. But it never happened before. He asked me talk to his senior n i agreed as soon as he transferred my call, my call got disconnected. I again called at 1850 for 07 mins and 42 seconds, so as u also know this time the person cant be same coz in a call centre calls keeps on transferring.
Second time some Mr. DHARMENDRA picked up n i recited the whole story to him and he agreed to transfer my call to his senior but same thing, call got disconnected from other side.
I again put myself n called customer care at 2045 hrs for 20 mins and 45 seconds, now the person is the third guy n his name was ASHISH. I told each and everything again and he said " sir may be network problem ki wajah se kat gaya hoga koi jaan bujh kar nahin karega". I agreed to what he said n also told him that this is the courtesy of the service provider that if a customer is in problem and they should solve it. But this Mr. ASHISH asked me talk to his senior and again same thing happened, call got disconnected. Nobody called me from IDEA.
Sir i want you to take some decision on it so that this should not happen with some body else. And also help me to get my refunds back.
