[Resolved]  Delhi Development Authority — non refund of application money

Myself( Jaimala choudhary) applied for dda housing scheme 2010 on 23.12.2010. My form no. Is 9430920. But neither I have been alloted flat nor got the return so far. Similar is the case of my husband. Kindly return the application money of myself and my husband. The application money Rs. 1,50,000/- for each. My E-mail vkc.[protected]@gmail.com

The application no. Of my husband is mentioned in my application with name as Mr. VINAY KUMAR CHOUDHARY.
we were unsuccessful applicants & hence application money was to be returned by dda within one month.
So far we have not received the refund money. Help desk of dda is not responding despite many trials. Even axis bank help desk is not responding.
Like many other applicants bank deliberately not responding to the call so as to earn interest unlawfully. They should have sent the refund order through regd /Courier at the given address.
