[Resolved]  Delhi Transport Department — Non service of DTC bus at route No. 611 & 398

We are resident of near by Kanjhawala road, and we are using 114 and 182 bus rout no., now a days the DTC bus services are available but there is new problem create about "Timing".
From Last one month we are facing a problem that 3 to 5 bus drivers are passes the bus 1 by 1 without follow their schedule and also without drop and pickup the passengers and after that the buses are come approx after 25 to 35 minutes, that the reason we get late.The bus drivers are not follow their time schedule.The same things are happen from last one month.
On this rout lots of passengers are passes regularly and now the summer season so it is very tough for us to wait approx 25 to 35 minutes.
We think that you can understand our situation.
We hope you will take a good decision regarding this.

I would like bring your kind notice that the Seemapuri Mod bus stand near G Block Dished Garden has been closed by the DTC department so therefore request removed the bus stand because very dirty in the stand area, very difficulty to the people in the area. Please take the action.

Todaynd Iam waiting the bus at the new defence colony bus stand.Many buses are coming for Sarai Ka Iam going to sarita vihar from jheel.I make a all route pass Rs.50/-(Pass No. 41861).When I return to home
ale Khan and Milenium BUS depot but nobody stop the bus.One bus go to the milenium bus depot the bus No. DL1PC08011, Route No. 306 was coming (the time is 14-05 hrs.) .I show the hand for stop the bus but the driver ignore the passengers and run rashely the bus.Please inquire the matter.passengers are standing the bus stop and buses are runing empty.

I have resident in sec-19 pocket-2 dwaka, dda flats, New Delhi. I work at bhikaji cama place, New Delhi. But DTC direct Bus is not available for bhikaji cama place/safderjung hospital . We suffer to much difficulty for Travel dwarka to bhikaji cama place and safderjung hospital.

It is your humble request to kindly provide Bus Services in dwarka to safderjung hospital and u can 727 nehru stadium to dwarka sec-19 ...plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

i tavel in bus no.dl1pc9243 ac from sarita vihar to sarai khawaza fbd.the conductor rudly behave with me and issue tickets @rs.30 instead of rs.20/.kindly take action against the conductor immidiatly.the bus was going to faridabad from medical.

Last 3 months i am regular passanger of route no 794.My route is Mangla puri to Safadarjung Airport. In evening time (Duty off hours) the service of this bus very poor (15 minute mein to honi chahye) we are facing lots of problems because this the single bus on my route. please to the needfull action immediately.

Kashmiri gate per jo Bus pass banate hai wo passenger ko pareshan karte hai or bolne ki to unhe tameez hi nahi hai apna kam aaj ko kal per dalne ki aadat hai. agar kam karne me unhe takleef hoti hai to unhe ghar baitha dijie. bahut log hai jo kam karne ke liye dhakke kha rahe hai.

Why there is no bus for dabri from Subhash Nagar? Only one bus service have that is bus no. 801 but all passengers waiting 2 or 3 hrs and result NO 801 comes. Please try to provide a good service for bus no. 801.

main route no. 258 ki bus me safar karta hu jo ki mori gate se chouhan patti tak jati hai, is route ke conductor chouhan patti se nanaksar tak jane wali sawario ko ticket nahi dete hai aur sara paisa apni jeb me rakh lete hai... unka kahna hai ki ki chouhan patti se nanaksar ke beech koi checking nahi hoti bina ticket baithe raho...
iska virodh karne par ve misbehave karte hai...

meri aapse request hai ki sarkar ka paisa khane wale conductor's ke against koi kada kadam uthaye aur bata de ki corrupted employee ki DTC me koi jagah nahi hai.

mujhe umeed hai ki aap jald hi koi action lege...

Today bus NO DL 1P C 7388, wasn't stopped at it's predefined stop that is Dwarka Mode bus station, and when I asked to the Bus driver he was talking in illegal manner like an illiterate person abusing with word "Behanchod"." Mujhe ek bat nahi samajh aati ki Govt. jab inhe hire karti he to paise lekar ke hire karti he ya fir bina kisi training ke itni mahangi bas hand over kar deti he.Wah re Transport department kya ap log inhe galiya sikha ke sadak par bhejte ho ya fir, in drivers ur conductors ke Maa or Behan nahi he.Mujhe ye bhi pata he ki es complain ko koi dekhne wala nhi he q ki jo iss work ke liye assign he wo bhi shayad unhi me se he.

DTC — No buses available for Noida from 8:00am to 8:30 am

i am a daily commuter from lajpat nagar to noida.
earlier i use to get 5 dtc bus service from 8:00am to 8:30 am but from past few months there r no buses.
all these buses r stoped by private bus driver/ conductor at dhaula kaun. and are only allowed to go after 8:30.
please look in the matter if its in ur hand..

thats true i heard the conversation of conductor bout stoping the bus

in noida sec 63 most of the dtc buses are running without there timing they take bribe from private charted buses to make dtc buses late
they start their bus after private bus left
only because of dtc driver's this attitude make the public unwanted late
whether it is late to office or late to home
they take a amount of bribe i.e. Rs 20- or 30- to make dtc bus late
they waste public's very precious time intensionly

so sir there (noida sec 63) very high need of police to control all this activity
please pay attention towards my request.

The bus route No.500's service in the morning say about 8.am onwoarod is not punctual and regular. I request you to enhance the frequency of route No.500 in the morning during 8 am to 8.30 am of 5 or 7 minutes frequency and in the evening from Super Bazaar to Saket 5.40 pm to 6.30 of the same frequency say 5 to 7 minutes. Simultaneously the other buses Route No.522A and 540 from Khel Gaon may be regularised in the morning and evening from (Super Baazar) to Hamdard Nagar via Asiad Village (Khel Gaon). We the resident of Shahpur Jat would appreciate if you kindly run a Special Bus of route No.500 to Super Bazaar and in the evening from Super Bazaar to Saket) an Air Conditioned bus.

I m Anju Sharma living in Mohan Garden New Delhi. There is no A.C bus service from Dwarka Modh to Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium bus route no 727 in the morning time between 7:45 Hrs to 8:30 Hrs. bus is fully packed in morning because this is the office time and all passengers facing problems due to summer .So Therefore I request to you kindly arrange a A.C Bus Between 7:30 Am to 8:00 am. I shall be highly thankful to you.

764 route — required one more bus service

i want to say this we need one more service on 5:40 am.because first bus service from najafgarh at 6:00 am is very late for passengers.we had one service before 4 months but that one not available right now,so please sir provide us that service again.because that service very suitable for every one.and some permanent staff also there waiting for that
5:40 am service.kindly give that service.

Non service of DTC bus at route No. 578 &539
I am a resident of Shyam Enclave Dinpur Najafgarh, New Delhi Since last 1 year we are facing a very big transportation problem from this area. The DTC Route No.578 & 539 buses are not available in the morning time (from 10am to 4 pm) which results the commuters couldn't reach office in time. After several complaints to the DTC complaints cell there is no action has been taken till date to solve this problem. The depot incharge is also not doing anything to divert other route buses in this route. He doesn't bother to hear the any complaints. We also doubts that there is no any dtc officer in his area. Some buses runing of Ghuman hera Depo. But there service is very poor and no body know when they breakdown. I request you to kindly look into the matter as early as possible.
