DELL DESKTOP PURCHASED ON 31.08.2011 WITH WARRANY EXTENDED TILL 31.08.2014. There was a problem if heating in this system for which after lodging the complaint technician from Dell come to my office and tried to repair the desk top. Before arrival of technician my Desk top worked for nearly half day and then it switched off at once but after the visit of technician who is not so qualified and he himself admitted that I had not touched such type of desk top before and recently I have to clear exams for repair of this desk top.
Now nearly one and half months already passed without any visit from Dell technician and I contacted them on phone or by e mail but all in vain. My service tag No. is BL0RWH1 and case no. with dell is[protected].
Our's is a chartered accountants firm and this a high time for filing of Income Tax Returns and other official work at this time but due to this my data got struck in that very desk top and I am suffering lot of mental harrasment at this stage.
Where one should go with desk top out of order and within warranty not repaired till two months.

My Desk top of Dell under warranty till 31.08.2014 under service tag no. BL0RWH1 with case no.[protected] is not repaired till date since last two months despite so many phone calls and e mails.
