My computer is not working since 1st May 2010. when we open the system it is not open and shows massage "monitor is going to sleep" and no further action, I also like to state that system is failing very frquently, in 9th April 2010 only its RAM has been changed by you and computer was reformat. it really very suffering on this account.
It is humble request to kinldy attend the reapir and may kidly throughly check the system on prioity please.
