PURSER CDC ISSUANCE — PURSER CDC NOT ISSUED YET

I have applied for 'PURSUR' CDC on 22nd February 2008 and my file no is NCO/353/08, but i still didn't get my CDC. please help me for this or I am waiting for your positive reply.

I had applied for indian CDC on the basis of BELIZE COC in MAY 2012.

i did not get my file no. first but the delivery time of file no. is with in a month but whn more thn 2 months passed i asked about my file no. from mumbai mmd by calling there.
then they told me that i will get my CDC with in 3 months of application.
but now its more than 3 months i did not received my CDC yet.

my file no. is CO / 304 / 12. can you guide me that how many days it will take to come my CDC at my doorsteps.

Enquiry usually should start at 4 O clock. but the person come at 4.30, again he wastd the time by simply speak to others .i feel pitty about that kind of persons who have no responsibility about his job. and what they think of themselfs . we have also value for time . why should we waist our time waiting for a person of this kind. THIS KIND OF PERSONS SHOULD BE TERMINATED FROM THE JOB . i was 4th in the queue . then a policeman came and ask every one documents and if not they will not alow them to stand in queue .. what a #$%#$%. i am realy hurt, not physicaly but mentaly.
is this the way to do in this kind of office.. I DECIDED TO MOVE LEAGLY I DECIDED TO COMPLAINT ABOUT THIS FROM THE TOP MOST LEVEL ie i will send a copy of my complaint to PM, related ministers, and media. we can see what will happen

So kindly please help me to get the CDC at earlieast at my home address or what is the status of my CDC on my Email .

My CDC renewal application was rejected vide DG shipping letter 55/CDC/A.B/DUP/REN/2013 dated 8/12/13. The reason given is 1. Old form. 2. No 8 PR, I do not understand the meaning of 8 PR, kindly clarify.
Also please note that DG shipping e governance site is not working since long, so its really difficult either to down load form/ renew registration.

I have applied for fresh Indian CDC through trident college of marine and technology, kolkata in july, 2013, in the category of GP RATING. My file no. is SMO(M)/2009/13059 .. As per government rule, there is 90 days time period to issue that certificate to the applicant but till I have not got my CDC and there is no way by which I can trace the status of my file. I have done so many calls and email to the department but didn't get not any positive response from their side. I am so much frustrated and not understanding that what should I do further.
