iam having a account with the above bharat gaas agency dealer /dhanalakshmi agency a poor gundas agency and 3rd grade lady officer who use to shout on the customer ..i my name is senthil gas in the name of my mother no panjalai gas no 19873 addres no 24 2nd main road thiruvalluvar nagar chennai 118..sir , recently i changed my existing no to new no [protected] for gas filling by sending sms .the agent lady officer registered my mobile no [protected] in her system and she said that hereafter i can book with my mobile no..this month for 5 times i tried to send sms for booking thismonth cylinder..but i got message stating that i have no facilities for the aircel operator..i went today to dhanalakshmi agency vepery high road ..met the lady officer and i complaint that i unable to book the gas with my no [protected],for that she replied that this no belongs to aircel so i may not able ot book..so that i asked why cant she inform the same to me when i came to register my no,..for that she replied that she doesn't knew horoscope to confirm the operator name..iam shocked on her reply i haven't seen a lady speaking like this so that i asked to speak properly and give response for a gents ..suddenly she said gents are having two horns with the head r what..on hearing her speech lady customers begun to laugh on me i was irritated and harrased by the 3 lady who spoke to me like 3rd grade lady rowdy..i feel ashame that they thratened me like she will give police complaint stating that iam doing eve teasing..this is absolutely mental harassment..what if a old citizen or uneducated come to this station ..request you to kindly interfere in this matter and take necessity action against the agency no wit the 3lady staffs. if you are very close to them plaes change my dealer to the nearest of my area mkb nagar chennai 118.regards senthil ([protected])

Dear sir/ madam,this is to in form u that . i work for a pvt concern works hours 24/7 on correct time being and considering my mother age i use to visit the gas agency.earlier system had changed that i have to register the mobile no and have to send SM S to book the gas.for this i had waited for more than 3 hrs with poor quality of directing customers.three lady sitting in the counter and not at all responding even that time a customer ask how to send the sms ,,these three of them are laughed against the person stating that why is that he want to carry a mobile without knowing how to send sms.but now they treated me like an animal.i had registered a reliance mobile no to book gas it is a company no.on march i went to to dhanalakshmi gas agency vepery high road nr vepery police station chennai 7.
my gas no is 19873 in the name of panjalai.i waited there for 1 hr to register ..i requested them to change the mobile no as iam on permission asked the to do on urgent basis.they said that they are not response asked me to wait for upto post lunch.i waited upto 3pm and register my mobile no [protected]..they register my no and sent me..for this month iam tried for more than 5times from my no [protected]..its saying there is no such facilities for this no.itried for more than 50times to there land line no of dhanalakshmi gas agency but no response..so that i took leave today with loss of pay and went to the dhanalakshmi gas agency..there was a fight going with 3 customer already..so that i politely said to the lady officer stating that my no says there is no facilities for aircel no ..on tht time lady replied that aircel doesnt have booking gas facilities..i asked why she haven't informed the same at the time of registration..lady replied that she doesn't know horoscope to knew the operator name and all..i asked the lady to speak with response before a customer and asked to speak properly before a gents..but she said that all the gents are having two horns in their head or what..nr by lady customers all laughed on seeing me..suddenly the lady officer said that she will make a complaint to the nearest police station stating that iam teasing and harrasment like that as she well known to the nearest police station ..morning i got upset and feel shame for these poor response..and i wand a remedial measure action to be taken onthis agency and also to the lady officer who were a spex glass.looking forward your help on these bcos the 3 lady siad that i will not receive my cylinder for this month and ask to complaint any where..regards senthil kumar /son of panjalai gas consumer no 19873
