[Resolved]  dharap associates — don't return money

Dharap and his Son Rahul both are bigges Chitters when we call him what is coing on for our Share Certificat he always says us it will take time of 90 days frosiger it's rule so call me after 90 days when he left his old Santacruz house he have not given any Address & Contact No. we have catch Laxman Agent (Laxmi Agent) he has given all his deteils now when we are calling him and if we ask what's going what you & Father is doing we want our Land in Saillar Village (Karjat) now he is talk roudly on phones that we are not a Servent of you's Fathers

Yes I also agree. Dharap Associates is a fraud associates. Strick penal action must be taken not only against them but also the agents who are misguiding the people by selling the land which belongs to Forest Department. I am very much surprised that how the Forest Department is sleeping for the last so many years and not taking any action against them for the selling the Forest Department's land to common people who don't even know the basic things/laws regarding the land purchase.

This person is the biggest fraud he stays in dadar right opp the dadar TT circle. The guy is a cheater and his father is a bigger fraud then him they have cheated many innocent people like you in karjat and panvel he should be put behind bars. I'm fighting a case against him in court to get my money back.

Dear All, I have already got stay orders, against this fraud for selling others constucted flats as his own at karjat gundge near rly station karjat.He is regularly giving advt in mahrashtra times, lok satta and mumbai chauffekar on friday saturday and sunday in property times..com.we should leave no stone unturned to put this family behind the bars.This people are cheating the innocent buyers and acting as a masters of the law not abiding the indian laws. Yes I am also party to it. Its now 7 years that I am behind my money which i have paid as advance against one of the projects. But the father and son never are available on phone or at the site. I have tried personally meeting them on many occasions at the site, but in vain. The phone numbers provided are also changed by the father and son. New they have added another clown in the circus named Mukul Acharya. Can anyone assist me by informing the procedure to approach legal help to get back my money from these cheater cocks

I want to get my money back as I put it as an investment( I think it as a Sorrot) and now nothing is happening

Dqrap Associate his panvel thakurwadi property and karjat property project are going on badly ...but now his going to take land of machiprabal village for his new project .. machiprabl village coming totally in green zone also that land is total adivasi land and forest department land Then how he can buy this land ????? don't invest your money in dharap associate project at machiprabal village...!!

i totally agree with all the above reviews posted and the persons having greivance. the Dharap Asso. doesnt have proper manners also to talk to its esteemed clients and who have invested their hard earned money in Karjat project. they talk as if they are obliging people and in a manner for which even rude word will also insuffiiciant. theres no proper person to give necessary and required information and in turn the Dharap's ask for further sum of 25 lacs. for what? no answer. how much soc. dues? no answer. only rude, adamant and mannerless attitude. we all should take up the matter seriously.

Same thing had happened with my father, he purchased the land in karjat long back and later we came to know that we have been cheated and it's under Forrest area. Can anyone share dharaps current phone number and address
