[Resolved]  dial a job — Cheated me with money

Dear All,

After all this blog efforts I have got an email for Viveck Gupta in which the subject was : Just take your money back from dial a job. The mail was as follows:

Dear Candidate,

If you want your money back. Then come to our office with a Print of this email and get Rs. 3000/- With interest.

Also bring your Code Number and Password with you.

As we are going to close our business by Next Month-October-2009.

YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW, IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU SHOULD NOT ACCESS OR USE DIAL A JOB.ORG. FAILING WHICH IT SHALL BE PRESUMED THAT YOU AGREE/COMPLY WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS MENTIONED BELOW IN TOTALITY.

1. That this website (read web portal)-Dial a job.org founded at the uniform resource locator (URL) ID- WWW.DIAL A JOB.ORG - has been set up and promoted, and is maintained by Dial a job.org (hereafter referred to as Dial a job.org), which term shall, for the purposes hereof, be deemed to include its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, shareholders, directors, executives, officers, employees, agents, attorneys, accountants and any person vested with any responsibility for any task relating to the affairs of Dial a job.org with its registered office currently located in Delhi.

2. That the web portal – dialAjob.org – is intended only to serve as a preliminary medium of contact and information for its users/ members/ visitors who have a bona-fide intention to enter into a job. Dial a job.org does not purport to be recruitment or business bureau or a dating/contact website and does not, in any manner whatsoever, monitor the first or subsequent contacts, introductions and/ or interactions which may take place amongst/ in between the user(s)/member(s) due to any information specified in the website.

3. The Dial a job. org facilitates in providing opportunities for jobs to the job seekers whereby Job-Seekers are informed about various vacancies existing in different employment Sectors depending upon the fulfillment of eligibility criteria, laid down by the employers, by the job-seeker. However, it is specifically made clear that simply by registering with the Dial a Job, on payment of appropriate fees for registration (which is subjected to alteration/amendment from time to time) a job-seeker is not guaranteed with a job but it is definitely guaranteed with various opportunities for suitable jobs commensurate with bona fide job-seeker’s qualifications, expertise and other parameters set by the requisite prospective employer that may change from time to time without intimation to us.

4. That the dial a job org provides information through various mode to the registered subscribers with it, whereby such subscribers are informed about the employer, the place of employment, timings of interview etc. where he/she has to face the interview.

5. That the present registration fees charged by the Dial a Job from the intended job-seekers is Rs.2, 250, which is in general valid for 1(one) year only i.e. from the date of his/her registration with the Dial a job.org

6. That the registration fee once paid by the job-seekers is non-refundable. In order to avoid any confusion, the job-seekers are advised to get themselves fully conversant & satisfied with the terms and conditions laid down by the dialajob.org for any job-seeker prior to entering into contract with Dial a job.org .
7. That as the final selection of a candidate for any job depends upon various factors like fulfillment of eligibility criteria, work experience, performance at the interview board etc., so non-selection of a job-seeker can never be attributed upon the Dial a job under any circumstances.

8. That if a candidate gets an employment/job with the facilitation/opportunities provided by the Dial a job, even for a month and if he/she leaves/resigns the said job on any ground whatsoever, then, he/she will be charged again for the registration fee if he/she intends to again obtain the said services of the Dial a job. The Dial a job facilitates in providing opportunities of Jobs to the Job seekers. Whereby Jobseekers are informed about various opportunities.

9. DIAL A JOB presumes that each and every single member/ user/ visitor, who logs on to the website has an intention to get a suitable job and not otherwise. DIAL A JOB under no circumstances shall be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from anyone’s use of the site or the service and/ or any Content posted on the website or transmitted to users/Members. The exchange of job opportunities through or by DIAL A JOB should not in any way be construed as a confirmed job offer and/or recommendation from or by DIAL A JOB. DIAL A JOB shall not be responsible for any loss or damaged to any individual arising in/out of, or subsequent to, recruitment relations established pursuant to use of the service provided by DIAL A JOB.

10. DIAL A JOB collects information / data including e-mail id, mail address, first name, last name, telephone number, date of birth, age, gender, educational background, skill sets, appearance, religion, occupation, preferences, life style information, general geographical location from its visitors/ users in order to create their unique profiles. Apart from this, certain other information including physical and mental disabilities are also collected. The said information/ data collected is entered in the programme especially devised for matching job profiles/opportunities and which programme enable to provide matches for the visitors/users based on their pre-selected criteria. DIAL A JOB does on the site all information/ data collected from its visitors/ users. All information is only displayed after taking prior activation of the visitors/ users profile.

11. The user undertakes not to duplicate, download publish, modify and distribute material on dial a job.org unless specifically authorized by DIAL A JOB in this regard. The user undertakes not to establish any deep link or other connection to any specific page of dial a job.org other than the Home Page without obtaining prior consent of DIAL A JOB.

12. The user undertakes to use dial a job.ORG for his/her own purposes. Using content from dial a job.org for derivative works with a commercial motive without prior written consent from DIAL A JOB is strictly prohibited.

13. Any advice, counseling, recommendations or information provided at dial a job.org including vacancies existing in different employment sectors depending upon the fulfillment of eligibility criteria, laid down by the employers, by the job-seeker. However it is specifically made clear that simply by registering with the Dial a Job, on payment of appropriate fees for registration, a job seeker is not guaranteed with a job but it is definitely guaranteed with various opportunities for suitable job.

14. The dial a job provides information through various modes to the registered subscribers with it whereby such subscribers are informed about the employer, the place, thing etc. where he/she has to face the interview.

15. The registration fees changed by the Dial a Job from the intended Job seekers is Rs.2, 250 which is in general valid for 1(one) year only i.e. from the date of his/her registration.

16. That the registration fee once paid by the job seekers in non-refundable. In order to avoid any contention is future the job seekers are advised to get themselves fully satisfied with the terms and conditions laid down by the Dial a Job for any job seeker.



17. That as the final selection of a candidate for any job depends upon various factors like fulfillment of eligibility criteria work experience, performance at the interview board etc. so non-selection of a job seeker can never be attributed upon the Dial a job under any circumstances. That if a candidate gets an employment/job with the facilitation/ opportunities provided by the dial a job even for a month and if he/she leaves/resigns the said job on any ground whatsoever then, he/she will be charged again from the registration fee. If he/she intends to obtain the said services of the Dial a job.


18. All efforts are made by dialajob.org to establish and ascertain genuine credentials (educational and other) of the prospective employees/job-seeker’s and of the recruiters/companies during registration but in case of any misrepresentation or falsification by the candidate(s) or of a recruiter(s), it will not be the responsibility of the dialajob.org. As soon as any such anomaly is brought to our notice, the dialajob.org will take a serious view and will cancel/ban the membership of the candidate/organization forthwith without any notice.

Dear people,

I certainly aggree that these people change their name and cheat innocent people... these days the lady name is now geet and she promised to give us a public relation officer job to three o[censored]s... for which she took Rs 2250 from all o[censored]s and asked us to wait for the call for the interview...

its been more than a week time and she is not picking up our phone and delaying the same.

I really need to punish these ...
