Dial Infoline — Refund of Money

I had invested Rs 7000/- for Business leads for my Travel agency in the month of March 2011.Had made a contract for one month.They promised to give leads according to the contract,but even after one month passed there were no,leads.So i asked to refund my money.They said we will refund money after 90 working days from the day of contract.Now 6 months have passed there is no refund made at all.Then they said we will give your cheque on 5 Aug,then they changed the date to 16 Aug, till now i have not received the money.Now they say we have couriered the cheque, but sitll i have not received the payment
