I saw one add in vijay tv about a land sale near dindivanam. The promoter is Diamond Enterprises office in T.NAGAR, chennai. They picked me from my place and went in a van , screen covered with cloth. can not see outside. they finally went 7 kilometers from dindivinam via pondicherry route. that place called annamputhur. the offer is for 1 plot 1.80 lakhs another plot free. unfortunately my school mate who is working with them was there. i checked with him about this investment. he told it is a long term investment.
then i booked this. and paid them full. but they took lot of time for registration. every time saying some reason. finally registration completed almost 4 months later. after some time they have disappeared suddenly . i searched in google and found that the owner has cheated some people and he is in chennai puzhal jail.
eventhough it is registration completed. i feel i have wasted my money. the place is very interior no scope of immediate development.
why can't goverment put control on these real estate promoters , stop the nonsense advertisement to lure small investor like us.
i feel ashamed that i bought this land after seeing many stories about these real estate frauds.
please dont see ads and get trapped. almost all are frauds

diamond enterprises — AMOUNT NOT REFUNDED
WE HAVE PAID RS.20000/- ADVANCE FOR PURHCASE OF LAND DURING 2009. TILL DATE THE AMOUNT WAS NOT REFUNDED AND NOT REGISTERED THE LAND.USHA
