[Resolved]  DishTV India — Renewal problems!

DishTV — facing billing problem

my VC no. is[protected] which is a multi tv connection.Its child connections are having VC nos.

[protected]
Each time I want to recharge I am facing problem.So please consider my case and convert all my child connections into parent ones.

I had done payment as follows ---
On 1.03.09 Payment of Rs 200 /- for Silver package
On 13.03.09 Payment of Rs 500 /- for Gold package

But till today ( 19.03.09 ), service is not started & I am not getting reason also.
Please start service urgently

I receive a message from AT-DISHTV after every movie
movie shall start on channel No. 54 at 12:00:00 AM, this movie is not chargeable.You have 2 free movies left. Please avail by 4/26/2009

my card# [protected] i paid 1800 Rs Last week but still not get service. your service very poor.

dish tv monthly period time over then i am going to dish tv dealer and recharge my account but i can't get reactivation suddenly or within a hours this problem it comes month after month. please take the further action. because customer will not satisfy. thats why i told.

I purchase 3 ITZ Cash Cards on[protected] and recharge my Dish TV Account through all 3 ITZ Cash Cards. The amount of 2 ITZ Cash Cards updated in my account, but 1 ITZ Cash Card amount updation is left till now[protected].

I meet all the possible links, but they didn't reply favourable response.

Kindly, sortout the problem from your side...

unable to renew through internet. dishtv web stite does not work .

Dear,
On 7th June I recharge my DIS TV through SMS to 57575.
I put my VC No-[protected] in place of VC No-[protected].
Massage receive against this SMS is : Transaction Success fully done for order[protected], PMGW[protected], S[protected].

While channel not appear in my TV then I correct MY VC no and re send the SMS then massage receive against this –you have enterd invalide account no or password.
I contact in customer care but they cant abele to resolve the problem.
I contact to my nearest DIS TV dealer they show me that value of card is used and I cant do any thing.

Kindly resolve my problem.

i have a dish tv card. i am not activated this card. can i activave this card vc no;[protected]-3.this is old card

our dish TV connection is not working.We had this connection 5 years back.After one year it stopped working and due to personal problems i was not able to look in to it. Now i want it to be reactivate but don't know what is the procedure and whom to contact.Pls do the needful.

last 5 days i am not veiwing any chanel in Diash tv . some time message comes on screen "please check your smart card" i already open the cover & some many time i clran the acrd & put in the set box but still i am veiving any chenel i don, t know what shall i do plz solve my this problem
