I, Koyat Mathew George had already wrote to you on the 1st of January, 2012 in your Gas complaints & reviews-
Non Delivery of Gas Cylinder after booking. Still I couldn't find a solutions to it. To-day I will approach the civil
supply as well as collectrate and according to the report definitely I will approach the consumer court because of
cheating us by your dealer. Definitely we will claim necessary compensation for all the losses and damages because you are keeping such in capable dealers who are giving much troubles to customers. Is there any
customer care department in your Organization to handle such cases.
My Consumer No. 609034, Agency - Divine Gas Agency, Ulloor, Trivandrum, Kerala State. Since June,2011
we are only getting Gas after 40 to 45 days that even after following up through the Collectrate of Trivandrum.
We have booked our Gas on 31/12/2011 through on line and the reference nuber given to us is 223725 and
on 31/1/2012 when we enquired with the Agency, they said that it is not booked, if so, how we got the above
number on your online. We tried to put up a complaint on online, it said that a new booking Number is given
228846 and confirmed on line the previous gas is not delivered. It is also said that some body will contact us
but nothing took place till to-date.
Please confirm what is happening ? What should we do ? Or you are supporting your Dealer/Agent to
cheat us? Where does the booked Gas disappeared ? Are you or Agent is trying to overcome the order
of the Honourable Collector ?
