M/s Divine Gas Enterprises is the Indane Agency in Kattappana having around 50000 consumers in its fold. Refill booking is not possible as the agency people never attend telephone calls. If we try to book refill over phone No.[protected] they will ask for the land line No. of the agency with STD Code. Then we give their number ([protected]) the answer is that there is no Indane agency under that number. It is a matter of much regret that with more than 50000 connections, the telephone number of the agency is not yet included for phone booking through [protected].
Now this agency is making things worse by introducing a system which is not heard any where that the consumers are directed to meet the Proprietor with ration card, Voter Id, photograph etc. and pay Rs.50 each in the guise of proving the identity of the consumer.
Please note that the Agency has given so many connections using fake papers for huge amounts. Divine Gas Enterprises proprietor is diverting the sale proceeds of the daily sales proceeds of refills for his financial firm thereby making artificial shortage of refill for the consumers who booked refill and waiting period is more than 2 months.
Why the authorities of Indian Oil Corporation is not taking any steps to safe guard the reasonable and jenuine needs of the consumers. Was this information helpful? |
