Hi,
I write this letter to you because i'm completely disappointed with the way your service works. Its one of the most inefficient systems that i have ever witnessed. There are certain things which have taken my patience level go beyond tolerance.

1. I wanted a simple gas connection to be done for which you people made me miss 3 half days of my office and still the man turns up only at the fourth day (in my profeesion a half day loss mean a loss of 2000 of salary)

2. I was told by the labour that they will a 1000 Rs. as deposit. When i got a call from your office there was no mention of any amount of money to be deposited. Your office should have taken care to inform me about the deposit rates.

3. The time estimate given by your office guys is horrondous. Kindly understand, we are professionals and time matters a lot to us. If you say that i'm reaching in 10 minutes. we assume it to TEN MINUTES and not TWO HOURS. i get a call at 9.45 from your office saying that the labour will reach in 10 minutes. I stay back and waited for him. At 10.30 the man tells me he still has 15 minutes. It was then that i left my house handing over the keys & 1000 Rs. to my maid.

4. i get a call at 1.00 PM from your office telling that the deposit is 1500 Rs. (I wonder why did you guys not inform this to me earlier!) And you want me to make immediate arrangements for money. For a maid whose salary is 800Rs. a month, kindly imagine from where will that poor fellow arrange for 500 Rs.

5. When i ask you to come again and take the money, i'm told its too far to commute - please understand if you are not able to handle the distance you should have not started your service in the first place. If you are providing the service somewhere please don't make lame excuses like "its too much of distance"

6. The worst part is your working hours. These days when every individual is working, your service hours are ridiculous. 11-5. which means a person needs to take a day off for a connection, and still you provide no guarantee of turning up. And the best of all, you don't work on sundays, a day when office goers can get their work done.
