Dear sir,
I have booked ticket for two seats (Seat no 5, 6) dated[protected]. My journey date was 15-06-18 from kamothe to ashti. I paid 840/- per seat which later dropped down to 630/- per seat. On the day of journey i got a text message at 11.23 am, telling me to board in bus mh-23-w-300 (Chandu [protected]). On the same day i again got a text message saying 'board in bus ar[protected]Mr. Shaikh [protected]). While boarding in bus the driver refused to take me in saying my seats (Seat 5, 6) are already occupied by someone else. After talking to dolphin house ([protected]) he agreed to give me another seat. I was with my wife and a two and half year old son. And my ticket was from kamothe to ashti. But after reaching to ahmednagar driver said that this bus is not going via ashti it is going via teesgaon pathardi. So he dropped us at ahmednagar in morning at 5.30 am and said you talk to dolphin house it's not his business to deal this scenario. While it was clearly mentioned on my ticket that bus is from mumbai to beed, pick up point - kamothe, drop point - ashti. I bought two tickets of 1680/-. Single ticket costing me 840/- which dropped down to 630/- both driver and a person on phone from dolphin house were too arrogant. I request you to look into the matter and guide me. And also charge the dolphin house for this kind of worst service and also request you to ask dolphin to give me compensation. Looking forward fro your help.

1. After boarding the a/c sleeper, they mentioned that they will not provide blanket.
2. The a/c blowers cannot be closed. We had to freeze all night.
3. The bus was to leave Mumbai around 10pm. But it left at 1:30 am. Just imagine the pain in waiting with children around....

Worst service I could ever see. They are only slaves to AC Bus Passenger. Two seaters passenger are treated of no value. I booked my ticket from Andheri Besleri to Shirdi in 2*2 non ac seater, there was no bus the AC Sleeper came to receive us and paying extra we booked seat in it and reached shirdi, the bus was to reach 5.00 AM we reached 8.00 AM. Hotel where they halted was worst no good food at all... Returning was horrible. We booked return ticket i have previously travelled by Neeta Bus and trust me they dropped me at Andheri since my pick up was Andheri. Bloody Dolphin travels are pure cheaters. After Boarding the bus they stopped at only one place for tea and nashta. can you imagine a trip of 6 hours where you stop only one halt people must wear diapers and go... and there when I asked them how much time will it take to reach Andheri, He says this bus is only till Dadar. all our brains when I called up the owner that boss night 10.30 Pm you are going to leave us at Dadar and then you expect us to travel our home atleast leave nearby. The owner had the answer which clearly stated he had to mother and sister and he is a . he says " bus hamara dadar tak hai, ticket pe likha hai, dolphin ka website pe andheri hai hi nahi, tumko jo karne ka hai karo, hum log ka service bas dadar se hai". then bloody why have you mentioned Andheri as pickup point on website. There was no single traveller jisne bus ko gaali nahi diya. Trust me i want to abuse them and specially slap the owner but this was the worst service I could ever get in my life. I suggest rather then travelling from this bus you travel from BEST buses. They just deserve a big salute of my middle finger. Please never ever prefer them.

Staff behaviour is very bad .they are not responding properly while asking questions about bus even they didn't informed that bus was cancelled and shifted my ticket to another bus which is not going on my place.
They suck ! Booked the tickets and they cancelled those tickets because they raised the prices of each and every bus and made us suffer and even redbus said we can't do anything as the bus operator isn't providing another bus
