domestic cooking gas cylinder — not issuing new connection even after one month

i applied for a new ges connection BLOSSOM ENTERPRIESES GODOWN NO.2 CHATTRASHAL STADIUM MODEL TOWN
on 28 march .but still they dont issue me ges connection and now thay advise if you have urgency you should take a coomercial connection but i can`t afford that one so you are requested to do the needful.
