Dear sir/madam,
With due respect informing you that I am Mrs.Shampa Mondal (consumer no-14394),had indented a domestic Indane LPG cylinder on 26/11/2011 by E-mail.Somebody(not known) had told me, I can purchase it at the time of again refilling the existing cylinder.Now I am standing on that platform.I am using a kerosene stove for 4days.I have followed-up several times to my "SARENGA GAS SERVICE",Sankrail,Andul,Howrah,W.B,India.Nobody response at positive way.I am a house-wife.I am in very!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! critical situation.I will hope,lookafter the mater seriously.I am appology to you,where my mistake.
