I am extremely happy to visit your outlet on 20/10/09 with my first time occurrence at your M-42 Connaught Circus. I had bought three pizzas out of one keema pizza utterly burn, I appeal to your crew please prove & give me new pizza he told me next one also be same it’s up to you have it or not, & he told me very brusquely after that I had left that there only…………. No one can say repentant neither feel apologized.
That was the very nauseating state of affairs in my life first time, I had never faced in any restaurant……..
I am customary shopper for Pizza Hut as well Domino’s pizza at Haridwar; you can check store level at Haridwar 2-3 month back I had visited regularly.

I m doing this for third time, previously on the very next day I wrote on ur international customer care service, from there end I got a reply from Mr. Rowan Hodge & got mail id of Mr. Rakshit Hargave ur representative in India. Due to my busy schedule I can’t able to reply at that time, I mailed him the details yesterday but I have not got any response from his end. This is very unfortunate that a brand like Dominos is giving such unprofessional response to there customer, it should not be done in retail sector as I m also in retail & customer service & know that what’s the importance of customer service in retail sector.

I am regular dominozz customer from Ghaziabad rajnagar...I order almost thrice evry mnth;n every tym i mentn dm 2 snd a change whch s also supposd 2 b deir policy n evrytym dy show up wdout proper chnge, makin me du d exercise of findin d change myself n whch obvsly i kannot and theirfore every tym i gve dm extra buckss;ds s despite of mntng in advnce n olso being chargd soo mchh of taxes;ds tym i hv hd enuf n i hv dcded 2 quit ordering until n unless i recive an apology 4m dm!!!
Hi i am suman raj worked in domino`s pizza before 1 1/2 years. My employee code is 445705 I have applied for my P.F. I have submitted the form also but still now i have not received my PF. More over i went personally to the purasivakkam head office many times for the past 1 1/2 years. Always they will tell that you will get your PF soon or you have filled your from wrongly and you have to give new from like this i have submitted 4times new forms.
My 20 year-old daughter answered our home phone in Atlanta, GA. All she, reportedly, heard was a male yelling while using the "N" word along with "GD and the "B" word. Then, he hung on her. After she told me about it, I dialed *69. The number I received on the recorder was[protected].
I dialed the number. When a man answered with a New York accent, "Domino's Pizza." I asked him, "Did someone just call my home number?" He denied it and continued to loudly asked me what did I want on my pizza, "Do you want sausage? Do you want hot wings?" I was never able to get his name, nor where he was. He never answered my questions. He just kept being rude and obnoxious! Finally, he cut me off and said, "I don't have time for this; I have a lot of deliveries." And asked me again while yelling, "What do you want on your pizza." I screamed at him, "Did I ask you for a pizza?" As a result, he abruptly HUNG ON ME!

I am the regular customer of Dominos. I usually Buy 5 Pepper Cheese Burst Pizzaa . I gave my order on 4th October, 2012 @ 10:10 pm (Order Number 302)& received on time. When I open the Pizza & try to pick the piece we found it all stick on base of box we use Knife to pick. The Cheese used was not all fresh & it just look like gum. I call up Dominos immediately by the time all lines were closed. Shall I come to the conclusion that QUALITY WAS COMPROMISE. Late night orders are not at all trustworthy. Pizza are still Kept at mi Home. You are Kindly Requested to Pick them immediately for your investigation & report.eagerly waiting for your quick response. Pictures taken of Pizza for your reference.

Dominos Pizza — Unavailability of service & unhelpful customer service
I stay at AJC Bose Road Kolkata which is one on the prime locations but when asked for home delivery from Dominos i'm told that it is outside the jurisdiction of the Russel street as well as New empire outlet. Also the person taking the call is highly unfriendly & bothered. I simply feel that Dominos is a place which has a bunch of lazy people who are not ready to deliver even within 2 KMs from their outlet when compared to Pizza hut & others.It would be good if you have the courtesy to inform me about the nearest outlet which can provide proper service.
