[Resolved]  DPS Panipat City — Cheque with incomplete signatures given for full & final settlement

Mr. Rana and principal kept only those teacher who works as slaves teachers those are hard working and terminate them without fault.If there is godfather for any one thats good but if not then ur future with this school is always in danger although u r hard working

Now I believe that there is God definitely on this earth only who see all the circumstances. I am Narayan Agrawal who worked in DPS Panipat City when Seema Bhatnagar was the principal. During my tenure, it was this seema bhatnagar only who exploited me to the extreme extent. She always created a negative picture in the mind of Mr. Amit Rana against me and she created such circumstances in the school that I was forced to resign from the school. Although I cleared all the dues (proof is lying with me) and possess clearance certificates from all departments, she did not cleared my provident fund and till date the same is pending... However the amount may worked out around Rs. 30000 (Thity Thousand only) but still the amount is lying with the PF department only...Hence A good 'tit for tat'...proved right...

Please find enclosed the bank statement confirming clearance of the settlement dues amounting to Rs. 1, 89, 624/- vide cheque no. 191210 dated[protected] drawn on Axis Bank and the same was successfully credited to Ms. Seema Bhatnagar's account bearing number [protected] maintained with Axis Bank, Panipat Branch on 26/08/2009. The first cheque issued to her was declined by the bank due to signature mismatch whereas sufficient funds were available and the bank had apologised for the same.

The school authorities had contacted Ms. Seema Bhatnagar on various occasions to take corrective action against her blog on your website but she has been continuously avoiding the requests of the school and is determined to malign the reputation of the school built over a period of time.

We once again request Ms. Seema Bhatnagar to kindly take corrective action failing which we will be left with no option but to write to her existing employer, i.e., Delhi Public School, Jaipur. In case of no solution in sight within 30 days from today as this matter is more than four years old, we will take appropriate legal recourse.

After my complaint on this website against the wrong cheque issued to me in July 2009 the payment was made to me by the school in August 2009.

I was never contacted by the school authorities or their representative for this purpose except for an email NOW. My purpose of writing on this website was to get money due to me which I have got.
