I had purchased a lenovo desktop which is still under warranty. On may the computer had some problems and i gave a complaint to the toll free number of lenovo.Service people at guwahati came and took more than a month to get the problem rectified as they said there was a problem with the motherboard and there was a delay of one month in getting the motherboard from Bangalore. There were still problems with the cd drive and the card reader and I filled another complaint on 5th of march (Case ID [protected]). However till date the problem has not been rectified and I have been told by the guwahati service center that they have sent an e mail to head office and they can only tell me on Monday(2nd July)
It is sickening that in the age of e mail and telephones and courier service , such lame excuses are made by a company like lenovo, who is hell bent on harrasing customers.
I do not wish my enemies to buy a lenovo product and get harresed like I am facing now. I hope the top brass of Lenovo reads this mail. Was this information helpful? |
