Its just a farsh going on. If you think of going anywhere in city bus..u r making a fool o[censored]rself. Coz the bus service is pathetic. Especially the route no- 504. The drivers are having an infinite halt at d Som hospital. We have to wait around 45 minutes to get a bus from d stoppage. Its just a mockery going on. People are suffering a lot and wasting a lot of time.And d worst part is there is no special forum to register complain. and no one is answering to the numbers they have given.
Its Awful and d service sucks.

i want that there should be a city bus from fire station(through siripur) to patia square direct.

i agree to sashmita that there must be a direct bus from siripur(unit8) to patia by d roots just like starting from master canteen-airport square-ganganagar-siripur-delta-fire station-crp-nayapalli-jaydeb vihar-fortune tower-kalinga hospital-bda-damana-patia...plz...plz...plz...start it...

my friend lost his bag yesterday on hi tech mayfair route bus but with an email send to dts authorities he has
got it back .I salute the dts staff for being so supportive .wish my city kolkata would have got such nice fleet of buses with these dedicated staff

Its really happy to see the Bus services like DTS City Buses especially between Bhubaneswar and Puri (a city of Lord Jagannath) JAGANNATH DHAM. Time taken between Bhubaneswar and Puri drive is also very pleasant, as the passengers need not have to wait for a long for Bus to start or wait for many passengers. Passengers going to Puri if starts at the starting point gets their seats. time maintained by the Bus service and staff are very good. Improvements always welcome, but buses are found to be in good condition. Maybe few more buses between 12 and 4 pm would be more helpful for passengers from Bhubaneswar. With very best wishes. I feel Shri Jagannath Das is travelling for the first time in DTS bus from Bhubaneswar to Puri. I am a regular passenger and know the suffering for the services given to us. There is no timings for the bus. It runs as it wants. It cancels the bus as and when it desires. It never give a substitute bus when any technical problem is there in a bus. And above all the bus is now kept in the bus stand where the private bus owners rules. It goes through Nabakalabera road when there is a Grand Trunk Road available at Puri making delay for another 30 minutes. The ladies seat are always occupied by gents and the conductor supports for this stating that whether we will bring the bus without filling up the seats (whether it is ladies or gents) and if gents are occupying the seat of ladies, the conductor has the duty to make the seat vacate for the ladies standing there or make them clear that you can sit but have to vacate when any ladies are coming. Instead they will supports those guys to forcefully occupy the seat. Today I was waiting for the bus in front of CIFA and the bus did not stop stating that there is no seat and I have to take leave for getting delayed to my office. I request the DTS to pay for the loss I incurred for this. Really it is not in PPP mode. It just an understanding of Govt and Private agency and public are being harassed.
