Dream Soft, noida — Salary not given
I am a software engg. I have worked with Dream Soft, Noida but they not pay me my 4 months salary can u tell me what is the procedure for that to find my salary Its really bad for every IT professional.
You can go to court or Employee court for this issue .
GIve a police complaint also.
But before this you must be have all docs and other things related to that company like - they must be prove that u are working in this company and giving ur all responsibilities.

He play with the life of the employee. He heir the employee in his company and after completing the task, he leaves the employee in larch and not give the salary.and say that your performs is not good.

Manoj Nepali is not to be trusted, he quotes on many jobs with guru.com and cannot perform the tasks he agrees to. He takes 3-4 times as long to finish a job as was quoted and refuses to finish the job if you make the mistake of paying him the majority of his fee.
I would avoid DREAMSOFT INFOTECH like the plague and make sure everyone you know stays away from any business run by MANOJ NEPALI.
I would believe that he rips his employees off, it is obvious someone else is doing the work for him, he always avoids people online, he avoids you on MSN, and can never put you in contact with the actual programmer working on your job, TOTAL DISGRACE TO INDIAN IT!!

I am totaly disagree with the above statements. We are outsourcing all our projects to Dreamsoft infotech & we are quite satisfied with the quality & turn around.They are doing great job. We should not spoil the image of reputed firm due to our own interests.

These guys have responded to a project I posted on Guru.
I did a search on Google for the company name to recheck their site and profile and came across this forum - THANK GOD!!!
So my question is, can anyone recommend a wed developer who also has a good, and I mean good, design team?
I need a CMS with shopping cart and Paypal integration and also a CSS/xHTML site built in dreamweaver...with online payment via Paypal, possibly even a merchant account.
These are both urgent projects, so a really speedy answer would be good :0)
I've tried outsourcing these projects to many companies and I've pulled out virtually most of my hair!
The worst one so far has been a Hong Kong based developer, so not relevant to this forum.

I feel badly for anyone who has had a less than satisfying experience with Manoj. I can't really comment on that except to say that Manoj and his team did a BuddyPress site for me last year. He missed the initial deadline which pissed me off a little, but it was during the holidays and I was not all that surprised. However, Manoj was professional and apologetic about the delay, and kept me in the loop throughout the remainder of the process. He kept all his promises, and tweaked the things I asked him to. He delivered in less than 30 days, start-to-finish, which was fine for a complex BuddyPress site with an addon business directory and other components. The the results surpassed my expectations. His team were faithful to my design concept, and I couldn't be happier. Sorry to you other guys who didn't have a similar experience.

Absolutely right no doubt at all, Manoj Nepalli is great fraud. He has appointed me at 13k pa & paid salary @7k pa. And the person have no idea about development.He also cheat with clients .Be caution from this guys.

Manoj is a very dedicated and hard working guy, he has always done a great job for me. I deal with many development firms in India and find a majority of them to be excellent.
The quality of the code they produce is very high and they follow my development guidelines very closely. My suggestion is that if you know nothing about we development outsourcing is not for you, you need to give the developers a clear strategy as they are not mind readers.
Please dont be put off by these mindless people and be realistic about what you should expect, the better the specification the better the end result. Also ask questions about their development strengths and weaknesses, Manoj in particular is very honest and will tell you they are good at, just because they are developers does not mean they are experts in every codebase.

No any employee is stable at Manoj Nepali company. Every day join new & left next day . if his attitudes is be good then why left all. Manoj Nepali is staying at Rohini Sector -9, New Delhi. He behavior with stall is not healthy... He serves tea with duplicate powder milk which leads to stomach problem...

this guy cant be trusted.. he has ripped me off of $400 flash project. if you care for the details please email me or PM me. Total scam. Horrible work that didnt even remotely function. the new developer actually laughed at the "work that was done" please avoid and dont waste your money. they refuse to refund the project, so im making it my point to make sure others dont get ripped off too. certainly cost them more than just refunding my money right? seems fair then. sorry to disturb a perfectly good discussion area with this issue, but its only fair people know to avoid this guy.
