Non-attendance of Complaint No. 14BO90075 dated 14-11-09
Your service engineer Gopal Kumar visited on 17-11-09 & took the faulty hard disk to get it replaced when ever I call up he says the company is delaying the Hard Disk.
Now today when I called up your customer care they say the complaint is closed.
This kind of service is not expected from a professional organization like HCL instead of proper updation & communication by following the SLA matrix, its a hopeless service..
