my $79.99 (AUD) renewal subscription has been charged to my credit card twice - on th 4/8 & 31/7 please investigate asap.

i want to know why you charged me double for my subcripition of norton antivirus as i got a copy of my bank statement in front of me as i want a full refund ty

i have been charged for three different things by dri symantic for norton security on my laptop.please refund the overcharge of $69.95.

You have charged my account for something I did not purchased. You need to refund my money immediately.

I paid $81.34 On my June Visa Bill to DRI* SYMANTIC for protection on 2 computers
That would last for 1 year.Plus I should have had another 3 month credit on my previous

i renew my norton security subscription for $54.00 and it was taken out to my account, but in my loptop it continue to appear a screen saying i have to update my anti-virus.why did u took the payment if i dont have the subscription yet?i want my refund back.

I have been charged for a renewal that I did not ask for, besides it was 322 days early! I expect a full refund from DRI Symantec and want to cancel any order they perceived that I have with them. It was supposed to be a free trial. $34.99

I did not receive any product from Dri Symantec and yet I received a charge on my credit card for their product. I will be contacting my credit card company to have it removed and do not feel comfortable that Dri Symantic has access to my account number.

What is this charge for?

I did not order anything from any of your companies and you all have charged my credit card $134.99 when I didnt order anything from you all. I want my money back on my card ASAP. I dont know how you all got my information but if my money is now back on my card my Lawyer will be pushing forward with a suite. I also have had the money for norton anti virus taken from my account on 29 sept. and still get the pop up no norton anti virus, and no way of contacting a real human from the company.

I have a charge of $58.84 on my credit card this month. What is the charge for? Please take it off my card.
