The Drycleaners at Telang Girls Hostel, "c" road, Churchgate, Mumbai are doing their business since ages without giving bills. When they were forced to give bill, they refused to take clothes. everyday there are so many clothes being given to them which are being charged o an average of Rs. 10. This brings them under taxable bracket easily. I highly suspect that the reason for not giving bill is not inconvenience but evasion of tax.
