[Resolved]  DTC bus driver — COMPLAINT AGAINST DTC BUS DRIVER

Sir,

Yesterday, at 12:20 p.m., I boarded bus route no. 473 (bus no. DL 1 PC 4249) from Nirman Vihar bus stop. When I tried to enter the bus, the driver closed the gate and i was struck between it. Thrice I requested him to open the gate but he did not open it even after watching me struggling. Then I entered the bus and said, “Why you were not opening the gate, can‘t you see i was struck and you are not even stopping at the bus stop so that everybody can board the bus properly“. Then he started talking to me in an indecent manner.

I request the concerned authority to seriously look into this matter because in such incidents, if a person falls from the bus or there is some mishappening then who will be responsible for this?

These issues must not be ignored and acted upon seriously.
