I want to Register a complaint against DTC Buses of East Delhi, Bus No. 165/ 333. I am a resident of GTB Enclave, Delhi-110093, I daily travel by bus in the morning to reach to the Office usually I get down in Anand Vihar Bus Stand and if the buses reaches on time in the Bus Stop then it is hardly takes 25-30 mins but the problem is of non availability of DTC buses during 9.15 AM to 10.00 AM there is not even a single bus is available nor 333 nor 165 every single day we are facing the similar problem. Its shameless to say that the Drivers as well as condector Behaviour is very rude sometimes they do not open the door at the Bus Stand. I request to please lodge complaint against the DTC Buses. DTC — non availability of bus
There is no bus avilable at Matasundari Road to Pahar Ganj route most of the person traveling in the area of Matasundari College but there is no bus avilable at there. This is request to you please start the bus in the area of Matasundari College to Pahar Ganj area
