Dear Sir / Mam,
I am a resident of Mini Town Ship DDA Flats at Loknayak Puram ( Bakkarwala) Pocket B-1. I would like to put some serious complaints about DTC's present operational routs like 998, 963, 931etc.
Actually earlier, the main Loknayak Puram road which goes throught Sudhanshu Ji Maharaj Ashram, was not usable though there was some digging work was going on for over Bridge for Nala. So all the Drivers has some excuse that Road is not in Good conditions & Busses are getting down.
Many times we have taken complaint book and note down our complaint, but we are not getting proper solutions for our complaint.
Before Common Wealth Games we used to get service in the morning till 10:00 AM as follows :-
Bus No 963 At 06:00 AM
Bus No 963 At 06:45 AM
Bus No 998 At 07:15 AM
Bus No 931 At 07:15 AM
Bus No 963 At 07:45 AM
Bus No 998 At 08:15 AM
Bus No 963 At 08:30 AM
Bus No 998 At 08:45 AM
Bus No 963 At 09:15 AM
Bus No 931 At 09:15 AM
After common Wealth game we are not getting proper Bus servies from Bakkarwala to Shivaji Studim.
Now we are getting service till 10:00 AM only

Bus No 931 At 07:15 AM
Bus No 998 At 08:45 AM
The same problem we are facing in the evening so as to reach our home.
There are more than 1000 peoples who daily up-down thru Buses from LokNayak Puram & Bakkarwla J J colony to Shivaji Stadium, in which most of the people belongs to Poor family and not able to afford private vehicle for them. Many times I have seen they go on foot approx 2 ½ KMS after waiting a lot for DTC buses. This created a lot of problems for we people who are living in and around Loknayak Puram & Bakkarwala J J colony.
There are Only 2-3 RTV & 1-2 Gramin Seva Auto is there for operating from our route to Main road Najafgarh for which one have to wait for more than 25 minutes to one hour to catch the buses from Bakkarwala More.
On the same time all DTS Green and Red line buses are running almost empty in many areas, but where most of the people getting about thru DTC busses,who really need for DTC busses, there are only few Busses are available for public in which most of the broke down at Bakkarwala and didn't cross one KM from there.
We are not requesting for Green Lines & Low Floor etc. We are requesting you to please provide few Buses having good conditions so as to reach office on time.
For DTC's this behaviour, we commuters are feeling cheated and there is lot of hot thinking about DTC present routing. DTC have build all Depot for threre low floolred buses but all the benifit you are giving to others but not to we actual commuters.
We don't say that not to give public services or not to give any facilities to other route, We request you to please provide good busses and some regularity in busses in interval of 30-45 minutes so as to reach office on time. This way you can earn more and we commuters also feel satisfied from DTC.
Kindly put up bus schedule and timings & let us know the frequency of buses. Before 10 AM as well as After 4Pm there is no regularity of buses plying on this route. All old DTC buses are plying..
I am very hopeful that you take some immediate action on this matter, as all the students & working people which going towards Nangloi and other commuters feel relaxed.
