DTC complaint — overcharging of money

Dear concern,

dated: 3rd july 2011

I boarded bus bound for ANAND VIHAR ISBT from DESU COLONY NEAR UTTAM NAGAR bus stop TO UTTAM NAGAR METRO STATION .

I am not a regular user of that route but i have just returned from my sister place near Desu Colony. i have told bus conductor to give me a ticket for Uttam Nagar Metro Station. His name is RAJ KUMAR .

As I have to de-baord the bus at UTTAM NAGAR METRO STATION I have taken the name of the stop and the conductor's charge rs.10/- For the same. But in reality fare is only rs 5 -/ and my ticket no is 96289 . Without any good reason. When I told him that I always take a rs.5/- Ticket and that he was overcharging unnecessarily he started shouting and using rude and abusive language.

When i left the bus at UTTAM NAGAR TERMINAL and wanted to complainst against him to the TI of that terminal than all the person sitting in the ENQUIRY counter there start making fun of me and started asking about my education and all .They were saying that you can't do anything now and even nobody was willing to give the help desk no of DTC .

This is a serious concern as the younger lot of dtc is not apt enough to handle the job and are majorly from an un-educated type of background who don't know how to behave with the general public.

It was an incident happened around11:15 am .

Request you to please take suitable action against the errant staff.

Regards

Raghvender Mishra
