I Sri Ramakrushna Giri, Consumer Number - 758586, under Dum Dum Road Distributor (Near Hanuman Mandir), Kolkata-30, W.B.
I transferred my connection from Lake Town, Happy Home to Dum Dum Road Distributor before more than One and Half month ago. I approached for providing my first gas deliver many times, but still waiting, all efforts seems to be in vain, really in trouble.
Last time I gone to office on 14th March 2012, and talked with concerned person face to face to provide Gas Cylinder as possible. More over talked with over phone and they assured to deliver by today.
So, I request to find out any solution, regarding to deliver Gas Cylinder on my Address followed by-
