ஊருக்கு ஒதுக்குப்புறமான தியேட்டரில், புரியாத மொழியில் பேசும் கதாபாத்திரங்களை சகித்துக் கொண்டு, எப்போதோ வரக்கூடிய, 'பிட்'டுக்காக மணிக்கணக்கில் உட்கார்ந்து கண்டு களித்த காலம் ஒன்று உண்டு.

'பட்டர் பிளை' கேசட், 'பக்தி'ப்பட கேசட் என சங்கேத (!) மொழியில் கேட்டு, பழைய பக்திப் படத்தின் பெயர் பொறிக்கப்பட்ட, 'அந்த' வீடியோ கேசட்டுகளை வாங்கி ரசித்தது அடுத்த தலைமுறை காலம். இந்த காலம் எல்லாம் இப்போது மலையேறிப்போச்சு! தொழில்நுட்ப வளர்ச்சியின் விளைவாய், இன்டர்நெட், மொபைல் போன் என, 'பலான காட்சிகள்' பள்ளி மாணவர்கள் வரை சென்று சேர்ந்துள்ளது. இந்த காட்சிகளுக்கு கிடைத்த வரவேற்பு, இதை கோடிகள் கொட்டும் தொழிலாக மாற்றியுள்ளது. இதன் அடுத்த கட்டமாக, கையடக்க பொருட்களான மொபைல் போன் மெமரி கார்டுகள், பென் டிரைவ் ஆகியவற்றில் ஆபாச படங்களை அடைத்து வைத்து, எந்த நேரத்தில் வேண்டுமானாலும் ரசிக்கும் பழக்கம் பரவி வருகிறது. கல்லூரி மாணவர்கள் மற்றும் செக்ஸ் பிரியர்களின் மத்தியில் இந்த சிஸ்டம் பெரும் வரவேற்பை பெற்றுள்ளது.

ஒரே படங்களை தொடர்ந்து பார்த்தால், 'போர்' அடிக்கும் என்பதால், அதற்கேற்ற வகையில் புதிய புதிய படங்கள் தேவையும் அதிகரித்துள்ளன. அதைக் கருத்தில் கொண்டு, ஆபாச படங்களை எடுக்கும் நெட்வொர்க் நாடு முழுவதும் ரகசியமாக இயங்கி வருகிறது. மும்பை, டில்லி, கோல்கட்டா, சென்னை உள்ளிட்ட நகரங்களில் உள்ள செக்ஸ் தொழிலாளர்கள் மூலம், ஆபாச பட தொழில் விரிவடைந்து வருகிறது. தொழிலுக்கு போனால் சம்பாதிக்கும் பணத்தை விட, ஆயிரக்கணக்கில், லட்சக்கணக்கில் பணம் கொட்டுவதால் பலரும் தயங்காமல் ஆபாச படங்களில் கூச்சமின்றி நடித்து வருகின்றனர். இப்படங்களை தயாரிப்பவர்கள் முதலில் உலகம் முழுவதும் இயங்கும் ஆபாச வெப்சைட்களுக்கு காபி ரைட்ஸ் கொடுத்து, அதன் மூலம் லட்சக்கணக்கான ரூபாய் லாபம் பார்த்து வருகின்றனர். அவர்களிடம் இருந்துதான், இந்தியாவில் இருந்து இயங்கும் சில வெப் சைட்கள் காப்பியடித்து ஆபாச படங் களை வெளியிட்டு வருகின்றன. இவற்றில் இருந்துதான், தற்போது புதிய புதிய ஆபாசபடங்கள், 'டவுண் லோட்' செய்து மொபைல் போன் மெமரிகார்டு மற்றும் பென் டிரைவ்களில் ஏற்றப் பட்டு விற்பனை செய்யப்பட்டு வருகிறது.

சென்னையில் பர்மாபஜார், நேதாஜி பஜார் உள்ளிட்ட இடங் களில் ஆபாச படங்கள் நிரப்பபட்ட மெமரி கார்டுகள் 500 ரூபாய் முதல் 700 ரூபாய் வரை ஆளுக்கு தகுந்தபடி விலை வைத்து விற்கப்படுகிறது. தமிழகத்தில் மதுரை, கோவை, திருச்சி உள்ளிட்ட பல்வேறு நகரங்களிலும் அவற்றின் விற்பனை களைக் கட்டி வருகிறது. இதனால் இளைய தலைமுறையினர் மத்தியில் கலாசார சீரழிவு ஏற்படும் அபாயம் உருவாகியுள் ளது. மேலும், கல்வியில் இருந்து அவர்களின் கவனம் திசை திருப்பும் ஆபத்தும் ஏற் பட்டுள்ளது. இவ்வகை படங்களைப் பார்ப்பதில் வி.ஐ.பி., க்களில் துவங்கி, உயர் காவல்துறை அதிகாரிகள் வரை ஆர்வம் காட்டுவதாலோ என்னவோ, இந்த படங்களின் நடமாட்டத்தை கட்டுப்படுத்துவதில் பெரிதாக யாரும் அக்கறை கட்டவதில்லை. இதனால், 'பிட்' படங்களில் கோடிகள் கொட்டுவதும் தொடர்கிறது.

மொபைலில் 'வில்லங்க' காட்சிகள்: கல்லூரி மாணவிகள் விளையாட்டாக, சக தோழிகளை வில்லங்கமாக, தங்களது மொபைல் போன் கேமராவில் பதிவு செய்வதை வாடிக்கையாக்கி வருகின்றனர். இந்த காட்சிகளை, தங்களுக்குள் பார்த்து விட்டு, அழித்து விடலாம் என நினைத்து, பதிவு செய்கின்றனர். இத்தகைய, 'காட்சி'களை தொழில்நுட்ப வசதியை பயன்படுத்தி திருடும் கும்பலும் உருவாகியுள்ளது. இவ்வாறு தாங்கள் பதிவு செய்த, 'வில்லங்க' காட்சிகளை, மாணவிகள் அழித்து விடுகின்றனர். அதன்பிறகு, மொபைல் போனில் ஏதாவது பழுது ஏற்பட்டு, அதனை சர்வீசுக்கு கொடுக்கும்போது, இந்த காட்சிகள், 'ரெகவரி' தொழில்நுட்பம் மூலம் திரும்ப எடுக்கப்பட்டு, பதிவு செய்யப்படுகின்றன.

சம்பந்தப்பட்ட மாணவிகளுக்கு தெரியாமல், 'காப்பி' செய்யப்படும் இந்த காட்சிகள், இணைய தளங்களுக்கு அதிக விலைக்கு விற்கப்படுகின்றன. கவர்ச்சியான தலைப்புகளில் இந்த காட்சிகள் இணைய தளங்களில் உலா வருகின்றன. இவ்வகையான, 'ப்ரஸ்' காட்சிகளுக்கு அதிக வரவேற்பு இருப்பதால், அதிக விலையும் கிடைத்து வருகிறது. விளையாட்டாய் மொபைல் போனில், காட்சிகளை பதிவு செய்துவிட்டு, அதன் காரணமாக, 'பிளாக்மெயிலுக்கு' ஆளாகும் குடும்ப பெண்களும் பாதிக்கப்பட்டவர்கள் பட்டியலில் உள்ளனர். எனவே, மொபைலில் காட்சிகளை பதிவு thadi seya vendum

No meter based Auto / Taxi service in Chennai

I agree with the points mentioned in the complaint. There are no Autos with Meteres in Chennai. The fares decided by the drivers are exuberant and they themseves are also aware of these things.

No one questions them on this front and so they continue to rule on this front.

Why cant we implement the meters strictly in all autos which will be a good news to almost 90% of the commuters in chennai.

Kindly look into this issue and help the commuters.

I have a complaint regarding the fine, the policemen put while they catch vehicles at saidapet. This is something i experienced recently. I was caught for coming in a wrong way.They collected me the fine of Rs.100, whereas they put a bill for Rs 50 only.What you say this as " Bribe" ?.The fact is i didnt see the fine slip. It was later i saw the fine.


I would request you to take action and put an end to this.

i'm studied in periyar university under affiliated college, i finished my 3 year course in periyar university under guidance college. last July 24 was published our results. in that results i have a one withheld paper so i given complaint letter to university also but yet did't take any kinds of action. i did't continue my higher studies and also my carrier.i want my withheld results. so sir / madam please take action as soon as possible..

NOTE: This month only last chance to join my higher studies. i miss this chance means my one year is going to wast... Respected sir / madam please take action for this problem. For this problem affecting more number of student so please consider all student future. take action quickly sir / madam.

Chennai international airport car parking charges tariff is
car/van - 60/-(general car park ) premium park 100/- minibus 70/- courtesy coach 225/- two wheelers 15/- . Here illegal collection is in the name of premium parking. Under airport authority rules premium car parking area is 20 % area of total car parking area . Licencee M/S KARNATAKA AVIATION SUPPORT SERVICES, providing whole area for premium. All parking users are reacting this unauthorised parking charges collection. But not any response from airport authority of india official . So kindly take necessary action and avoid to cheat, harassment day theft at the earliest

It is to inform that our college Sri Muthukumaran Institute Of Technology, near Mangadu is getting lot fines.Now our management has informed that if we pay the fine amount only they will provide our hall ticket and permit us for the anna university semester exams. I belong to a poor family madam. They have asked to pay the fine amount without any prior information to parents. Only before two days of exam they have informed us madam. I am unable to pay the fine amount now. So i request you to take immediate action.

IF THIS CASE HAPPENS HOW WE CAN GET CERTIFICATE FOR MY DAUGHTER. SHE IS DOING 10TH THIS YEAR. I EVEN GAVE MY DAUGHTER'S SCHOOL LEAVING CERTIFICATE OF HER PREVIOUS SCHOOL. KINDLY HELP US.
