dear sir,
on 22.10.09 i visit DYNAMIC MOTORS-CHANDIGARH for service of my car optra magnum. as per routine i cleared all items from car before giving for service, but forget to take out brand new nokia mobile set sealed box from tray provided under front seat. after taking delivery when i was on the way to my office suddenly strike me about the mobile. on checking i found the box in the tray but mobile set was (NOKIA E 71) not there ecept other things .i.e. headphone, chrger, cover and some papers.
when i complaint about missing to Mr. Balwinder Singh (Manager) he demand for some time to enquir from their workers but till date their is no response. now his langauge is totally changed as he is saying that while taking and giving back vehicle i had signed the documents of satisfaction.
further note that sir their is no procedure in this workshop for checking of clearence in front of owner of the vehicle as adopted in other companies, in this workshop they just ask from the owner whether he/she had taken out all their thins from vehicle, on this generally all say yes but it doesnt mean that if any thing skip from our mind then it becomes their.
also note that they took instant feedback without giving vehicle and generally on goodfaith all give feedback in good or excellent.
previously we are having Opel Astra, expirence is also not good at that time. while servicing my car they broke ac fan and till date they had not provided even i was ready to pay.
at this time i have to visit again as wheel balancing and alignement done was not proper and their is some noice in suspension which is not corrected by them hope thinking that my car might be in warranty period so the have to replace something.
comments for this service centre from other peoples are also not good as all were said that they had never get satisfied from here but due to no other service centre in city we have to depend on this or local market.
