[Resolved]  E-12 Hauz Khas — illegal construction

Dear Sir,

The commercial plot in E-12 Hauz Khas, New Delhi-16 , which has its backside facing the residential area is full of illegalities.
The plot owner/house owners has encroached upon the road itself, as it is a v-grooved plot, they have covered more than 30-40% of the road.

Besides this, they have illegaly covered more Floor area than allowed and hav commercialised more than two sides of the building, which is facing the residential area as well. I do not know if that is allowed or not.
After all these unauthorized constructions, they have also installed a TATA mobile phone tower at their roof, which is both a threat to the life of people in the residential area as well as the buildings around it.

I hope my complaint will reach out to those concerned.
